| You've captured something almost sad about this flower, something that's hidden just beneath the surface above the darkened greens of the leaves. Nice. |

| Detail and color are good; composition is OK. Yellow flower bits (pistils or stamens or something ... I never remember flower parts) look a little oversharpened, but look like they would be an interesting thing to do a macro of. |
