I don't think that the soft focus helps the picture here, in fact it makes me think that the whole thing is just out of focus.

not liking the soft focus here.. if the image was sharper in the foreground, the bokeh would of worked great.. misseed opportunity IMHO. 5

i'm guessing that you used a soft diffuse filter of some sort here, but the result didn't exactly come out right. Right now it looks like the picture's just out of focus. Better luck next time!
