 Very busy image....I know. I used a little Lucis Art filter to get the cartoonish effect.

This is a portion of my classroom with a few students playing their favorite 'art' game - Pictionary. Once a month we take a break from our regular work and have some fun. They get pretty competitive and sometimes pretty loud. The library is above my room and I've had a few phone calls from the librarian about the noise. I took the picture from my usual Pictionary position - I sit in the back and guess for whichever team is up at the board.

It's all in good fun.

BTW - the rest of my room looks just like this section. I have a hard time throwing stuff away. It actually is pretty cool. A few years back my students painted the walls so it looks like we are in the ocean. It's a fairly large room so in real life it doesn't look so crowded. I like it. It's a great place to spend the day coloring!

The filter works perfectly in this image. There's so much to see...it's like a page from "I Spy".

Busy so works here! What a fantastic room, looks like a blast :-) LucisArt works well, I really love the cartoony effect. Colors, stuff upon stuff, this is just great!!!

Art class. . .in such a cool, funky setting. Were you in the class, and just took a break to take the photo? I love that processing to make it look old timey.
