 Pretty straight forward. I waited for God to setup the lighting and then I clicked the shutter. Looked better in real life.

Whoa! I'm not really following the October/Light mini-challenge but I happened to stumble across this one. Terrific light, very good photo. My only quibble is I think the frame is too thick, though I understand that's personal taste.

I looks like a slice of Americana. Contrast seems a bit flat but that may be because of all of the similar tones.

Nice raking light, my only suggestion would have been to brighten up the midtones and highlights to give more vibrant feel. i like the gloomy couds in the background.

I like how the light creates different shades of red and orange in the tree. What other settings did you use? (ISO) I'm not hip on what lens descriptions mean so is yours always at an f4 then?
