Edited in Capture NX. Taken to PS for final preparation. I used "save for web" so EXIF is probably in the jpg. Available in the raw NEF image. Highly tampered with for effect. People seem to like things that are shiney. This is shiney.

This is the side panel of an electronics box on an Eire Canal Lock. The "key" is a tool to open the box. The box is large, about 6feet by 6feet by 8 feet. I distorted the image. I did report this to the "DPC" committee that I thought I might have broken the rules. They were going to get back to me, but I didn't hear back. I used the lens distortion feature in Capture to add distortion.

I was really just playing around with this. I usually shoot landscape. Cheers.

I like the freaky frame and the graphical look of this.

I don't know. Doesn't work for me. The yellow is a little bit too saturated. the reflection of the photographer is inticing but it doesn't really help the composition much. My eye just keeps bouncing up the the yellow whatever.

Interesting image. I like the blue and purple colors. Your choice of border doesn't do much for me visually. the yellow key(?) adds a nice color contrast

Voted low, not sure what is trying to be conveyed... i would be cautious with this type of border on future challenges as it seems to add a shape to the picture that wasn't there.

Intriguing! I like this a lot, especially your choice of frame, which gives it a curved feeling. 8.

Not really sure what I am looking at. Nice color but overall a bit on the boring side.
