The silky water is appealling, but for me lack of any detail in the grey uniform sky reduces the impact the photograph might otherwise have.

At first I thought this was just black & white, then I noticed a bit of a light..."minty" green in the water. Looks a little odd, then I noticed a bit of color on the rock wall as well. I like the time lapse effect.
