great subject for this effect. it reminds me of soviet propaganda or art or both.

Nice composition and angle just a little to soft for me, would have been nice if the bottom of the tower was in focus going up to blur.

Interesting border along with a lovely composition and blur effect.

I'm not sure about you focus point. I would have focused on the tower, not the structure.

After the last 10 or so entries I just voted on being landscapes, this is a nice change. Was this a window you were looking out of? I love the dreary mood of this. Well done.

Wonderful image, LOVE the moment it portrays. Think the processing is PERFECT as is the frame - YUMMY!

I'm not sure what you were going for and the straight labeling of the tower by name doesn't help...didn't reach me, sorry.

avg vote, not sure if you are looking out a window or if thats just the frame, like the frame either way, but looking for a more interesting subject

I bet some people will love this, unfortunately I am not one of them. If the tower were in focus that would make it a bit better. Good luck!

I really really like your treatment of this. That's some top PP, and it matches the subject well.

The frame is very much an element of the compostion, as is the foreground object. Almost as though seen through the window of a vehicle as it passes by.
