Nice composition and angle just a little to soft for me, would have been nice if the bottom of the tower was in focus going up to blur.

I'm not sure about you focus point. I would have focused on the tower, not the structure.

I bet some people will love this, unfortunately I am not one of them. If the tower were in focus that would make it a bit better. Good luck!

The frame is very much an element of the compostion, as is the foreground object. Almost as though seen through the window of a vehicle as it passes by.
