 Taken on the same day as the other railway shot. This was taken through the window of the train as I was waiting to leave the station (so detail lacking somewhat). The train in this shot is the Russian train that travels daily between Helsinki and St Petersburg. It's not a very good shot, and I don't think you can see the detail on the side of the train very well but I thought it may be OK for today's shot.

The grain, the lack of detail and the "taken-on-the-run" feel give a journalistic feeling to the image. Looks like a shot for a newspaper in the 40's.

i like this shot alot, it has an old feel to it and I think the grain and lack of detail just adds to the mystique!
