A ferret at the shelter. I had been trying to get a decent portrait shot but these guys aren't too good at holding still! I think this angle works nicely for half a head and the whiskers do a nice job of filling in the negative space. Would have liked to burn out the carpet (he was on a carpeted cattree) but thought that would be overdoing it, processing-wise.

Had to use the flash+diffuser as the room was kind of dark.

PP - converted from RAW, cropped, colored carpet to match wall, burnt carpet and wall to minimize, dodged eye, added border, resized, sharpened with noise reduction, cloned out hotspot on carpet.
