 lot of layer for this one.. for blur, sharpen, hue, levels, other blur.. everyone faded in various way..

Disqualification Details
You may use only Adjustment Layers (or their equivalent). An Adjustment Layer is a special type of layer containing no image data that lets you experiment with color and tonal adjustments without permanently modifying the pixels. Adjustment Layers must be applied in Normal mode.

Forget the DQ!! This really is an AMAZING shot. Love the DOF and the clarity. The colors are just out of this world and composition right on. The blur really brought it home for me also. Try and move on to the next one, because IMO this was a top 10 shot!!
