 My third Chihuahua Sandy. She is a vivacious little girl and has endless amounts of energy! She is super aware and perceptive.

PP: First and foremost, Curves, selective levels, color channel mixing, contrast raise, and 2 rounds of USM.

2 more rounds of USM, one round of Gaussian blur, faded opacity, one final round of USM, and one final round of Gaussian/faded opacity. I added a soft thin border. Saved for web at 149kb.
