hahaha thank you thank you thank you! i have seen so many versions of this same picture over and over again and for me you just took it and WHAM! made it different. AWESOME!
The original had a very clean/classy look. Your lighting is very good and compliments that very well. The water explosion on the other hand feels a little too messy when you have the original in mind. Perhaps capturing the explosion before it leaves the mess on the table would have been best. Anyway, just a thought.
Very nice, but chaotic in feel. You have broken the pattern in an asymetrical sort of way. This adds anxiety to the shot. That could be what your looking for here, but I think I would prefer the explosion in the center where the colors balance on either side.
