Challenge: Shallow DOF (Advanced Editing I)
Camera: Kodak DX6490
Location: Victoria, British Columbia
Date: Feb 7, 2004
Aperture: 3.7
ISO: 80
Shutter: 1/90
Galleries: Nature, Animals
Date Uploaded: Feb 7, 2004

Taken in Beacon Hill Park in Victoria, British Columbia on a really warm and sunny day. The ducks were waking up from their late-morning naps.
I didn't modify the photo. Since I had to get in so close for the shallow DOF, the photo was already cropped enough as it is.

It looks like the duck has another eye just above his real eye - complete with an eyebrow. Interesting.

The duck looks like he's s trying to tell us something. The blurred background sets it off well without being too distracting.
