 This is my first ever submission. It was originally shot for a school project, but when I saw this challenge, I thought it was about time for me to submit something!
Shot outside a church in Montréal at around 3pm. Worked gaussian blur onto 2 different layers, one darkened with the opacity reduced to 60% and one lightened with the opacity reduced to 40%. I then desaturated, adjusted curve, added a border and saved for web.
I'm not especially hoping for this to do great, but comments will be greatly appreciated.

Disqualification Details
You may use only Adjustment Layers (or their equivalent). An Adjustment Layer is a special type of layer containing no image data that lets you experiment with color and tonal adjustments without permanently modifying the pixels. Adjustment Layers must be applied in Normal mode.
