Nice close-up - petals are super sharp and it's a great example of the power of the rule of thirds composition. The part in the bottom left corner might be a little busy for me - I'd love to see this cropped to concentrate on the flower.
Edit: I never read the other comments before I do mine - glad to see sfalice and I agree on this ;)

Beautiful water lily.
While this is a very pleasant composition, I wonder what it would look like jsut concentrating on the lily with its important leaves, and not the foliage below and to the side.
Whatever the composition, you have done a splendid job of getting the important detail. |

I need to find some of these! This photo has a classic feel to it, taken by someone with an artistic eye. My only observation for possible improvement would have been to stop down some for a deeper DOF to include detail for the entire flower (fading a bit towards the back).
