Love the sephia tone, would have love to see a bit more contrast here. I really like the light here -- the whiskers are great! |

So why the long face. I know...
I like the sepia tones on this. It adds to the sunny day feel, which adds to the country sunshine feel which works with the horse. However, his/her eye keeps distracting me. Is that just the way the light is hitting it or is something wrong with it?

Looks like you got to spend quality time with the horse.
Great depiction of its head and whiskers without losing track of the fact that that the rest of the horse is there as well. |

I love the detail of the whiskers. They just stand out against the darkness of the horse. Definatley like the lighting coming from the right. Nothing is blown out which is fantastic. |

Lovely shot. I love the way the lighting allows us to see the details on the right side of the face and mouth. I also like the way you've cropped it. |
