 Essentially straight from the camera; cropped and sharpened, plus some dust spots fixed.

Handheld in macro mode, dual overhead (kitchen) incandescent lights, auto WB, exposure compensation -2.0 eV.

I don't know how "creative" this shot is (I did try some different angles), but it's probably about the most effective example of a shallow DOF I can get from this camera.
