So I think at this point, I've counted you have around 379 children between the ages of 6 months and 15 yrs old.

You got him to hold still for a photo? AND smile? Looking right at the camera? Wearing (it looks like) a lei? You deserve a medal! (What was your bribe?) This is an excellent example of nice even lighting on the face - no harsh or excessive shadows, even though parts are more lit than others. Only "nit" with this is you've chopped off the right side (as we're looking at it) of his hair & ear. However, I think it still works fine as his hair seems curling / blowing towards the left of the photo. I like the white background on this.
