| I actually like this photo alot. The choice of the square format works well here. The clouds in the top left give a nice balance to the cockpit on the bottom right. Actually surprised this did not do better. |

| Of all the ones in the post mortem thread who are questioning their scores, I think this is the one I would choose as being underrated. I think it's a lovely image. Maybe the noise in the sky or the halos around the plane hurt the score. Not sure. |

| Very nice! Sky color is amazing. Lovely silhouette of the plane. I like the border effect but it seems just a tad off on the top and left hand side. |

| Love the subject! I remember when voting on this one that when I scrolled down a bit, I liked it better. The heavy clouds at the top seem just that - top-heavy. There still is a lot of "dust" apparent on my monitor as well - this can lower a vote now that dust removal is allowed in basic. (Mostly in the upper right, by the way, but a bit more along the underside of the clouds. Easiest way to spot it is to really crank up the contrast in PS to see where it occurs.) |

| Took me a moment to figure out what I was looking at :p Sharpening (I presume) left some jagged edges but still a nice capture. |
