 This is outside my house and I was taking pics without using the viewfinder. (Because I was stupid once and took pictures like this WHILE using the viewfinder. I've learned my lesson.)

Amazing detail in the grass for actually shooting directly into the sun. Very nice composition.

Love the rays effect -- very cool. I'd crop the bottom of as cannot help but to stare at the lens flare. Great details on the grass, though!

Nice look to that sunburst, with the hints of prismatic color. The winding leaves in several directions adds energy.

Different and effective! I love the rays effect. Wise not to use viewfinder tho, can bugger up those looking things at the front of your head!!

Ilove the way the light hits the cattail, and the starburst sun. This would make a great square crop if you cut out the bottom part with the lens flare.

Very neat effect. I like shots like this. Too bad the barrel flare is at the bottom. Sort of pulls your eye away from the flower.
