I'm really getting into shapes and their depth. it's not perfectly symmetrical, but I was lying on the cycling path in rather an awkward position. felt a little embarrased so quickle shot a few shots before someone was gonna call the paramedics thinking I was having a seizure or something :-D

the thing (I think it's part of a crane or something) was bright yellow. I liked the tones after channel mixer a lot. just darkened the dark tones a bit to get those trees gone in the bg.

Love the geometry of this. It almost has a mirror feel to it.

You have achieved some nice tones. I like the shapes.

This works frighteningly well in b/w. I am glad you are on a geometric kick because I really enjoy such shots and the ones you have been posting are very fine.

This is a great shot! I can picture you flat on your back in the middle of a bike path! LOL! Definitely don't want to stay there too long unless you want to have a conversation with the local police. You did a great job of fading out the background - there is virtually no clue on the context of this - it could just as easily be indoors. It is near enough to symmetrical to fool the eye at first glance. Including the square tab with the circular hole at the upper right of the object is perfect, and I think it truly makes the shot.

Great study of shapes! Actually since it is a study of shapes I would probably like it even more with greater DOF so it was all in focus (if possible).

Actually, I like the fact that it isn't perfectly symmetric. I find it more interesting that way.
