This is our youngest son Isaac, I picked him up after school and brought him back to work with me. He is a great help for a nine year old and at his age knows more about what I do and can identify and work more tools then some employees I've had working for me over the years.

He was on his after noon "BOOK BREAK" we don't let him drink coffee yet ( or I should say I don't let him drink coffee, his Mother now, that is a different story ).
