 Ok...

Three pictures combined. One of me (same portrait as other portfolio pictures), one of a brick wall and another of a root growing up a wall outside my house.

Set the blending method to Soft Light and vary opacity. Then raise contrast, desat to about -70% and boost the cyans in color balance to make it look colder.

Burn selective areas (midtones, 30%, soft brush) and dodge also. Push blacks in selective color and neutrals too. Contrast and a bit of levels. High dose of USM to make the cracks more pronounced, and theres a lot of other little bits of messing around that I think i've missed, but this should give you a fair idea.

Wow, this is fabulous! The shot itself is amazing, love your intense look, great eyes! Then there's the processing, which adds so much. I'm rarely a fan of texture on faces, but this works so well, creepy and inviting all at once :-)

I agree the neck is a little off putting - maybe push it back a bit to black. The face is cool.
