Perfect light, perfect color saturation, excellent focus and DOF - I can feel the flower from this - the texture and all. A great shot! Congrats on the new PB!

I like the title tie-in with your shot - it's a neat way to think of this scene. Love this processing - the tones in all those gentle pinks are beautiful.

What a great capture! I didn't vote in this challenge, but you would have had another high score from me. I love how the insect is almost camouflaged but not quite.
