An old color file that I did not know what to do with - it looked really bad in color.

It is much better in B&W. To all those who are aware fo my "softness battle", I resized THEN passed it through Neat Image to sharpen it. Please tell me if this was effective or not. The original file was very sharp.

I don't care for the frame but the photo is great.

I love the composition and tones of this shot. I'd really like to see it w/out the Neat Image treatment.

Maybe a bit more sharpening but still a great shot!

Neat Image eats detail, so maybe not the best thing to use for sharpening even though it has a sharpening slider. Something to try if you have photoshop is to resize down for dpc then hit it with one or possibly two passes of smart sharpen - 0.3 radius, remove gaussian blur, about 50% strength.

This is a hell of an image. I'd already have mpix sending an 8x10 to my house were it mine.

It's a very beautiful shot. I'm not sure about the frame however.

It looks a little soft......I don't think in any way that's bad in this shot whatsoever. I actually think it adds to the effect. If you werew not trying to soften the shot you blew it. If you were trying to make a really nice image, you didn't!......8>)

Beautiful photo. I like almost everything, composition, sharpness, contrast. Think the water is a little too "noise reduced".

I'm absolutely not an expert at this, but I always understand that you should first do noise reduction and after that all the other stuff.
