 POST: Thank all for your wonderful comments. And thanks to my model, my daughter ( pipsqueak). I didn't get many shots because she kept laughing because the marble tickled. I almost didn't submit this one because she thought I had better shots. Then my husband saw and he really liked it. So I through it in. It was mentioned that I should have rotated it 180 degrees. That was one of my outtakes but everyone in the family voted on this one. It was also mentioned I should crop it more. I almost did but changed my mind at the last minute. This has been a very fun challenge. Thank you all.

This is a wonderful image! You had an excellent concept, and you shot it just right. I also think that it would have ribboned if you had cropped it almost square, removing the bright area at the top. That way, the marble would grab your attention and focus.

I think that if you would have rotated it 180° it would be a better photo but that is of course my opinion ;-)

I love this. It's so creative and different! There is a wonderful contrast between the soft skin and the hard glass surface. The glowing light around the lips is lovely and the light orb in the background adds a nice touch! Nice detail in the glass marble!
