Painted Ladies. An area in the city has a bunch of Victorian houses that are all diferent colors, not that you would see that here.

I just love old Victorian houses ... I'll bet this is spectacular in color!

I like the way you have used the overhanging tree to break up the bland sky.

The subject is very neat. Might have been a little better if you would have been on the other side of the street shotting down so you have more of a vanishing point. Also your subject is a little dark so it's a little hard to see every little thing. It's a good start to a wondeful month though so lets see what else you have.

Love all the different... uh, shades of gray. ;-) Cool house - reminds me of the Winchester house in San Jose.

OK, slow down people, you are asking me to run when I have just started to crawl! Cloning out the branch, I tried but rubbing the monitor with my magic eraser didn't work!

I appreciate the input, can't wait to start this PS class!

I like this a lot - I have seen houses like this in Montreal where they come in the color version ;-)

However, I agree with ephln and I'd clone out the lonely branch. It messes your otherwise nice composition.

I like this a lot. Only thing I would do differently is to clone out that one branch of leaves on the upper left.
