Thought I'd add some details about this pic since some folks commented with some questions.

The original pix that made up this shot were shot at sunset at Schoodic Point at Acadia National Park in Maine. The text on the bottom basically says this.

The technique I used was from a tutorial by timfythetoo called My World. which is basically taking a panoramic shot and making the polar ends meet. It's a great tute and technique. I would encourage everyone to give it a shot. The results can be extremely interesting and rewarding.

I did do something a bit different from the tute to achieve this shot. The end pix were the same shot except they were facing different directions, if that makes sense.

Thanks for all the comments guys!

This is neat but when I see these I think of that guy that did the street. He did such an awesome job and I think it just set the bar very high. I don't think I could do this so I give you the editing part of this image. As far as your subject the only thing I can really pull out is the trees.

Looks like a lot of work, but you made something very nice out of it. Hope to try this once myself. Perhaps the text should be readable or not there.

Fabulous! You have followed that tut to a T and the beginning shot was perfect for this treatment :)

Cool fisheye shot. Looks like somr sort of grumpy face in the middle. Is that text on the bottom right?

This is so cool. I love the frame created by the clouds. So calm and beautiful.
