I like what you've done here however the overly bright top center is what keeps me from giving you a higher score. I know you would probably lose detail in the trees to the left and that might be your reasoning for leaving the brightness. It looks like this is done in camera with a bit of movement. Bravo!
Nice composition- falls into the eye candy variety. the flowing light, the path; perhaps a nit pick would be that the elements of composition could be better defined. perhaps a closer element in the frame; Overall it has a beautiful renoir or monet feel to it. Classic impressionist feel.
