 I've used the Tesla effect(named in honor of Nikola Tesla)"the transmission of electrical energy without wires" ,to turn the fluorescent on .

There is a small tesla coil under the black background which is transmitting the electricity to the fluorescent without any wire. there is no wire attached to the fluorescent at all .

I like it. I like the idea with using the orange because orange juice is supposed to be a great way to start off your day. Also, I like the power switch and the light. Great idea and great execution.

Conceptually interesting, but could have been better executed. It takes a while to figure out what's going on, and the insertion point of the neon in the orange is not convincing. Could have used a backlight on the orange for more definition. Overall underexposed as well.

A for effort. The image just doesn't add up to the sum of the parts. in other words, good idea, bad execution. Power switch is in the OFF position, overall image is very soft, crop seems awkward. Positives: lighting (no pun intended). :) Best of luck.

A creative composition. But I'm a little confuse on the message that you are trying to convey. The orange is powering the tube?
The orange is kinda under exposed, and there are too much space left on the right. I would have preferred more room around the orange.
