 This was going to be my entry into the 'Fill the Frame III' challenge, but I decided that it wasn't quite snappy enough.

Still a handsome Tortoise though : )

Anni - thank you for those kind words.

This was going to be my shot but having submitted and unsubmitted a couple of times I decided it was late and I would go to bed instead :- )

I wanted to post the shot anyway though because I liked it.

I'm glad others do as well.

great image, beautiful capture, he looks quite Snappy! if you chose something else, it must be Superb!!

Cool! Composition works really well. I like the filled frame and square crop.

Edit:
Those where my initial thoughts, then I read the photo description.
This would've been good for the challenge.
