 Sharpened a bit, but did nothing else. Shot is right out of the camera. Was taken as the sun was setting so the light was hitting the bird the right way. The overhang you see is part of a restaurant. The seagull was surfing the wind, cruising waiting for people to throw food out the window. I particularly like the fact that his face was pointing at the restautrant like he was waiting for someone to throw food at him.

The corner of the building gives one a good perspective of the altitude of the gull.. nice shot..

I like the seagull, but find that your subject matter is competing with the overhang. I think that a tighter crop would have been more pleasing; especially with the clouds.

A slightly tighter crop and a not so centered bird would have helped.

Looks very clear, I'm thinking that a crop without the building in view may have been more dramatic.
