 He was just biding his time on a quiet Saturday afternoon in downtown Tulsa. I changed it to grayscale, cropped, played with the curves and contrast a bit and sharpened. Not sure if people will like that it doesn't have "speed" as a preconceived notion, but I like it.

If spot editing would have been allowed, I think removing the dark corner in the upper left and replacing it with more of the granite texture would help the photo. Great picture though.
