I thought for a moment that you might have snuck a reflector into that book. Now I am seeing the reflection in her eyes and it looks like just the white pages of the book. Wonderful trick on reflective lighting! I am going to have to remember that :)
As in the other shot on the sofa, I like the lighting. You do a very nice job on the pretty girls at work. You have a knack for capturing something of interest in their eyes. I like the softness of the shot, but I think I'd like to see her eyes sharpened. They are the real focal point of this shot.
All of these are well done - I like the way the book has reflected a bit of light to her face in this one. She has beautiful eyes! Great light in all of these - very soft, very flattering. I don't know if the new lens helped, but the photographer's eye for the lighting and the poses is just right.
