 Jazz, the neighbor's cat.

rotated, cropped, adjusted levels, adjusted hues, dodged and burned around the eyes, cloned out bits of dirt, added soft blur, neat image, resize, sharpen.

added border, saved for web.

poor kitty, no one ever pets her so she hangs around our yard where i am happy to oblige.
