 This is a wild fire (one of many) in southeastern Idaho. Its has not been this smoky or hot and dry for many years. This mountain is Big Butte in the desert outside of Idaho Falls. Those are communication towers on the top of the mountain, just to give some idea of size. This fire and smoke plume are huge!

Goodness! That's smoke now, isn't it? Are you guys having a lot of fires? We have lots, a big one close by, but it's under control now. I like the picture.
