This is a random shot of moving sand dunes. The tree stump made a sundial that was perpendicular to the pyramid but the shadow was parallel to the sides of the pyramid and the lines in the sand. I wish the shot was focused differently but this was just a point and shoot photo.

That's curious. I don't know if it's intended, but I can't grasp the scale. I'm assuming it's a small stick in a sand dune but I'll be interested in reading your description.
