 This is my closing photo for the 50-Day Side Challenge.

It has been a fun project and encouraged me to use my camera every day. I also "met" really nice people. Thanks all for your comments and connections.

An overcast day, good for street photography. This photo is a bit larger than most in my portfolio (720x720). Nothing personal about it, just a random interesting character on the streets of NYC.

What gets me is - this is how you're going to look for the rest of your life, and you can't even get a good tat artist?

I love how the colors on his head play with the colors in the background.

ouch ouch ouch! tattoos, piercings.... really makes me wonder what his face looks like lol. Great capture as there is so much to look at with the art work on his head.

Fine way to end the 50 days! Totally creepy, totally cool shot!

You've got a great eye for street photography. What did this guy look like from the front? It looks like he has some hardware up there also!

Wow, talk about taking it to the extreme! I guess if he lets his hair grow out you'd never know it was there though. Neat capture

Eeeew. Cool shot, but it makes my flesh crawl. I don't understand how people can want to disfigure themselves like this. Did you notice how the blue on his scalp matches the blue railing in the background. Great capture. I really like the second shot, too. His face says it all!

I'm a complete wimp, and this makes me cringe. Although I'm sure it goes without saying I can't take my eyes off of it. Little tidbit though... in "all" my years of working as a nurse, the people with head and neck tattoos cry the loudest and hardest. Wonderful find... and a fun way to end. Thanks for all the encouragement! I've really enjoyed your images and you.
