 I took this picture today when I was stuck in traffic. Once a year this thing called the little league world series comes to our town. I haven't been to it since I was a kid. Anyways I happen to be driving right by it today and there was alot of traffic. I had my camera with me and took a few pictures. For some reason this semi caught my eye. It is alone, in front of the pack going the oppisite of everyone else. . There is a american flag waving in the background. It uses masses about of fuel to move and takes up alot of the road. so on and so forth. Tried some diffrent post things I added more blur to the top, bottom and sides. Used a few diffrent layers added some grain dodged alittle burned alittle threw in a gradient map long story short is the picture you see. I like how it turned out alot. Kind of a graphic novel feel to it.

I also thought of old but the semi did it for me to break that feeling. Love the editing though and the feeling of Americana.

Has sort of a 50s Americana kinda feel to it (despite the fact the semi wouldn't have been around in that form in the 50s). Turned out well.

Heh! I comment before I read what others wrote - interesting that we both said "50s" for this.

You have this looking a lot like a shot from the 1950's. Good work! It's good that you had your camera with you too.
