The black and white works well with her, and if that is her normal expression then this is a wonderful shot of her. If the ear ring was diamonds then I could see it being in a People's Jewellers flyer. A more direct light (direct with which way her head is facing) is the only thing I could think of that might add to the image since it would get rid of the shadow that her nose casts. One thing I notice with portraiture is that in nearly all of the widely acclaimed shots, their are no shadows on the front of the face.

Love the b/w post work here, one of my favs of the four! My only suggestion would be to doge and burn a bit more through her hair and darken the background a bit to really make her stand out. Great work that you and the model should be proud of!
