The sparkle in the foreground comes from wet grass reflecting the sunset. The colors are straight from the camera. We have golden light like this at sunset when there is a tropical weather system west of Florida because the Gulf of Mexico reflects the light up under the clouds.
Here is a crop from the top center. The haze in the background is light rain, which is picking up the sunset colors as well.
