Not sure about the composition. I think there is a bit too much going on in this shot. Also think its cropped a little too tight.

Not usually a fan of saturated colors but I think more color would help make this more dramatic. Tops of flag poles could have been included as well.

i like this tho i think it suffers just a tad from what seems to be a slightly crooked horizon tho that may be an illusion of the bridge
