Good way to highlight the fast food. |

The selective desat in this shot makes it look gimmicky. You may see something like that in an ad campaign but I'm not sure how long the campaign would last...

He, he, I'm not sure if this would work for an ad for McD's, but it's very nicely done. ~8 |

This appears to be painstakingly well set up. I think maybe the food looks just a touch over-saturated (check out the cheese) although that might be helping it to look half way appetising. You've also fulfilled the advert part of the challenge - in spades. Could you have left the colour on the roses? It would make for a pretty positive association...
Anyway, as much as it hurts my principles to appreciate the lauding of these products, I have to go to 7 on this because it's so damned well done and thought out. Oops! it just went up to 8 - that's inflation for you... |

Nice use of desat to make the food pop - the white exposure looks a little gray to me, would have liked to see it bumped up a bit. |

Great job with the real challenge of marketing fast food. The cuttoff hands and head don't work for me in the composition, but I still like it enough for challenge fitness and technicals to give it a 9. |

This made me just laugh out loud. Very funny indeed with great technical elements. My only critique would be that everything seems to be happening in the center of the image, but it does work well in this case. |

Clever concept nicely executed - except if this was a real fancy restaurant, the burgers would be only about 1/2 the size, and have a drizzle of something on the plate with them... There are so many nice touches to this photo. About the only distract I find is the water glass in the foreground center blends with the empty? glass immediately behind it. |

Excellent desat B/W portion with waiter, two classy looking (from the wrist down at least) patrons, well set table along with color portion that really is out of place in the B/W but is done very well. Nice sharpness and lighting. 9 |

Interesting concept. Love the desat with the food coloured. I like the effect of no faces - adds a little mystery as well highlights 3 people - but they aren't the main focus. Well done - very creative. |

Lol - I like it. For me, if there was a bit more contrast within the black & white (grays look kind of flat), I would score it even higher. Well done and good luck in the challenge. |
