IMHO you have just a bit too much negative space at the bottom of this shot. I'm also confused as to what the selective desat is supposed to tell me.

There's something about a canoe that adds charm and beauty to any photo. This is such an effective use of having a splash of red make the whole picture pop and work together!

red is too strong IMO, were gone for a less saturated tone. looks a bit "painted, too, there's a red glow around it. OOF foreground distracts slightly. good composition, nice leading lines. horizon looks slightly tilted to the right
