 Taken at the experimental farm in the early evening. This is the first challenge photo with my new Sigma 17-70 DC. I am very happy with the results.

This was actually not taken on a tripod. Surprisingly it was hand held and the dragonfly was inside the lens hood because I was so close.

nice detail in the wings...a wider aperture would have softened up the distracting bg, but a great image nonetheless 8
