 Radial Blur applied twice: once to flamingo (mild) and once to everything else (pronounced) in CS2

He's an ORIGINAL pink flamingo from the ORIGINAL manufacturer, and he is my garden not on my lawn :-) I got him for pictures, but I never have used him yet....

THAT is STRIKING! Did you do that by zooming in or out your lens? Or by adding a radial blur. It looks really cool!

Beautiful in an unconventional way. The color vibrates and acts like the zoom blur in a way enhancing the effect. I like it allot!
