Unflinchingly direct - I like the slight curve of the wheels, effectively pointing the car out of the frame. Uncomplicated color scheme. The simplicity of this is very appealing to me. |

This shot is just so... cool. I bet you would have done well. Maybe not a ribbon but somewhere in the top 20 or even top 10, i'll bet. |

I really like it. I think it would've done very well. THe colors are great as well as the comp.
Another Michigan gal! I actually live in NYC now, but I'm originally from Livonia. |

Jeeeeeez, why not!! I think this would have ribboned in the toy challenge. This is EXCELLENT! I didn't even realize it was a toy until you mentioned it. The lighting and reflections are incredible! I would have given it a 10!

I feel like it's the head gangster car waiting for its henchmen to show up. |

I like it. there's something so dignified about that toy. it feels like a portrait. I guess you're just a portraitist deep in your bones. every photo you take is a portrait... for some reason the asymmetry doesn't bother me here, partly because it's so extreme, but ultimately I can't explain why it works. |
