Picture was taken at a small hotel by the river thru a sun lit screen. The screen provided the blur - I guess :)

I love the reflection of the sun in this; a little glimmer of gold hiding in the water and hidden (almost by the trees). A delightful surprise. The blur here adds a nice softness in feel as well as appearance.

Yes, to get anything but a silhouette when you are shooting straight into the sun is amazing.
