I assume this is one you don't like as well as the others?
shadow from the flash from her arm.
move the flowers/hand - down to a bit below her hip bone - it will give her a waste and show the flowers better.

I like over the should poses a lot ... I would suggest turning down the flash or using an umbrella to soften it. Also, position the flowers much lower they are competing for attention here. A smile would be nice too.
