Just to let you all know, my fish is alive and well. After I clean out his bowl, he often goes upside down for a couple of days.

i really like it but i think the picture should be flipped vertically to be inside the rules. and it would have looked better as well.

I think a wider crop with some 'dead space' (no pun intended!) or rather an object not centered would have put your photo over the top. For now, I'll go with an 8.
